What is Service Pros and what do you actually do?+

Service Pros is a referral and support service. We connect accident customers with independent, partnered collision repair centers and help coordinate the process. We do not do the repairs ourselves.

Do you handle insurance and the paperwork?+

Yes. After you qualify, we help with communication and claim coordination so you do not have to manage everything alone.

What is deductible assistance and can I qualify?+

Deductible assistance is a benefit some participating repair centers may offer for at-fault claims. Eligibility is determined by the repair center after a claim estimate, is not guaranteed, and can be up to $1,000.

What is the $500 gas card offer?+

If your accident was not your fault and your claim is submitted through a participating partner, you may be offered a gas card. This is case-dependent and offered by the repair center.

Do you work with all insurance companies?+

We work with many major carriers, including State Farm, GEICO, Progressive, Allstate, USAA, Liberty Mutual, Farmers, and others.

Do you offer rental car support and towing?+

Yes. We help arrange towing and temporary rental vehicles where available through our partner network.

How long does the process take?+

Timeframes vary by damage and insurer. Typically, you are contacted quickly after qualification, then the repair center and adjuster move into estimate and scheduling.

How is this different from a normal auto body shop?+

An auto body shop performs the actual repair work. Service Pros connects you with trusted partners and helps guide the process, including insurance handling support and eligibility programs.

What if I don't qualify?+

If you do not qualify for deductible or gas card offers, you will still be connected with options and clear next-step guidance. You should not face any penalty for checking.

How much does this cost and am I required to pay upfront?+

There is no upfront cost to check your eligibility. We do not charge for qualification. Any repair-related charges are managed directly with the repair center based on your approved estimate.

Do I need full coverage insurance to get started?+

Requirements vary by case and adjuster review. We can quickly review your details and confirm options, so asking us first is the fastest way to check your exact situation.
